When a pendulum is held high and taut and then is released, the pendulum begins to swing. what’s the correct order of the energy transformations in this example? (pe stands for potential energy.)

At the top of the arc, all of the energy is potential. Potential energy decreases as it comes down and kinetic energy increases, potential energy is 0 at the bottom of the arc and kinetic energy is at its max. Then potential energy increases and kinetic energy decreases as it goes up, and the top of the arc is the same as it was before. I'm not sure if that was the "order" you were looking for but it's my best shot. :)
