-when the people in the relationship do not communicate, it becomes difficult to voice their opinions and concerns. In this way, there is no setting of ideas or emotions. It doesn't help either of them in the relationship because they aren't getting the support and care that they need.

Being secretive and having no trust

-when there is no trust in the relationship, it ends up creating barriers such as doubting the other person. This ends up leading to unnecessary arguments and can drastically affect one's mental health as well. It doesn't help the people in the relationship, it in fact contributes negatively
