In March, a buffer is prepared and used. The unused portion is stored at 4˚C. In august, a technician wants to use it. On inspection, the technician sees a tiny bit of fuzz in the buffer on the bottom of the bottle. Is the buffer usable? Why or why not? What do you think the fuzz is?
