When conducting an experiment in the lab, a student was able to actually recover 31.3 grams of Zinc Chloride. Using the balanced chemical equation (2NaHCO3 → Na2CO3 + CO2 + H2O) the student predicted that they theoretically should have been able to make 49.1 grams of Zinc Chloride.
