His plan is to brew the tea leaves, and then test the resulting tea for antioxidants. But he has encountered a dilemma – he typically brews his green tea for three minutes, whereas he brews black tea for five minutes. He is wondering if he should brew both types of tea for the same length of time, or if he should brew each type of tea for the length of time he would normally brew it before drinking it.
