1. Take a frying pan and place it on the stove 2. Add to it 2 table spoons of sugar
3. Turn on the stove and wait for two minutes
4. If the sugar melts within 2 minutes mark its melting point as low if not mark it as high.
5. Repeat the same steps but this time use salt instead of sugar
6. If the salt melts within 2 minutes mark its melting point as low if not mark it as high
