the net equation that describe the reaction  between NaOH(aq) and HCL(aq)  is as below

ionic equation

Na^+(aq)  + OH^-(aq)  + H^+(aq)  + Cl^-(aq)  = Na^+ (aq) + Cl^-9aq)  +H20(l)
