Draw the qualitative results one would obtain from a hypothetical 2D SDS-PAGE electrophoresis of a mixture containing three protein samples: 80 kDa protein containing lysine residues (pI 8.4), a 100 kDa protein containing mostly alanine residues (pI 5.1), and a 30 kDa protein containing mostly aspartic acid residues (pI 3.7). Clearly label the axes (isoelectric focusing from low to high pI and SDS-PAGE from low to high MW) and which spots correspond to which protein. Do not use numbers.
