anyone know how to contact...everytime i try to use the contact page with the email and username it says in red writing sorry ur request cannot be submitted multiple times and on that page i cant click on my profile or anything else, it wont go through and I swear they r doing it on purpose. Im mad because i tried to sign up but then the payment didn't go through cause there was a card error or something and a screen popped up that said there was an error in red writing it is was denied so i thought i wasn't getting the subscription and i wasn't getting charged..and here i am getting charged 24 dollars for something I am not gonna used like...i want a refund
