The speed is also called as velocity. Bernoulli’s Principle states that, higher the velocity of a fluid (means liquid or gas), the lower the pressure it exerts. The rapid motion of the fluid molecules causes the Fluid pressure. The Bernoulli equation is given as,

So, when the fluid moves faster, some energy from the rapid motion of the fluid is used to move faster in the fluid’s direction of motion which results in a low pressure. Thus, the more the speed of a fluid, the lesser is the pressure ().
