What would happen in an rt-pcr if any of the following occurred? 1. there was no oligo-dt primer in the reaction 2. there were no dntps in the reaction 3. there was no reverse transcriptase in the reaction. o rt-pcr would proceed normally. the rt-pcr would not begin and there would be no amplification. non-specific amplification would occur. the reaction would cease after three cycles.
