An aluminum pipe inside wall is kept at 110 c by condensing steam on outer side of the pipe. the pipe has an internal diameter of 10 cm and an outside diameter of 12 cm. the pipe is used to heat water entering into the pipe from 20 c to 80 c at a rate of 5 kg /s, with a convective heat transfer coefficient of 1,000 w/m2.k. calculate the required length of the pipe (m).
