You will now add a category called “Product-Based.” What questions do you need to ask to make sure the product-based business you are evaluating has a solid plan? If the idea is good (the opportunity), the value creation is there (the product creates value for the customer), then what do they have to be doing to capture that value? This week, you are required to create a minimum of three questions to add to your rubric that relates to capturing value. For example, one question you could add may read, “Does their manufacturing plan seem realistic?”

Add your (minimum of) three new questions that evaluate product-based businesses to your rubric and submit it to your instructor for review.
