There is a third perspective that can be taken in calculating a percentage change. We often use this one in economics. It is called the arc-elasticity method. Instead of putting the change over the original number or the new number, we put it over the midpoint of these two numbers. Try to calculate the arc-elasticity percentage change from 80 to 100. Input your answer in percent form.
