Before the title to the house changed hands but after the contract had been signed, Abraham offered Clark $530,000 for her house and Clark accepted. When Goforth arrived to take the title to the property, Clark informed him that she'd decided to sell the land to Abraham instead and that unless he upped his offer to $530,000, the deal was off. Goforth wants the property. If he sues Clark, what course of action will best provide him the results he desires
