If you do your Homework, you will hurt your teachers badly emotionally and mentally. You will break not only your teacher's heart but also their mind and soul. You will destroy you teacher's trust, respect, hope, and dreams. You will cause your teacher great sorrow and depression that might destroy their life. So... DO NOT EVER DO YOUR HOMEWORK AGAIN!!!

Apologize, and listen to the customer's complaints. Make sure you always act professionally and make sure they feel like their complaint was heard. Ask if they want to relay the complaint directly to the manager, most of the time they will be fine without the manager, but it will make them feel more acknowledged and thus satisfied.
