Advise florence and her team on how they can convince the staff using john kotters theory to lead change

John Kotter’s Theory had specified eight steps that support this theory where in this are being done to help individuals who are in the business world to do their tasks easily and to prioritize the tasks that are needed to be done. If I were to advice Florence and her team, then I will advice her to focus on the eight steps in which It will be a contribution to their task. The eight steps has the ideas of focusing for change, applying change, creating goals, removing hardships and creating power with the individuals.
