Jimmy and Beth have both been assigned to a team to choose how to dispose of waste. Jimmy has long believed the company should create its own waste disposal department, and Beth has long believed they should hire an outside vendor to handle it. They both cut each other off in meetings, refuse to listen to each other, and have made some people on the team choose sides and feel resentment toward other members.
