Brad and Stephanie married when they were 21 years old. Brad has a college degree. Stephanie completed high school. In the first five years of their marriage, they had three children, David, Jessica, and James. David was born prematurely. David's I. Jessica and James were normal, healthy babies. Jessica is a very talented girl, graceful and intelligent. She wants to dance and work in the the arts as well as study mathematics. David is exceptionally bright and wants to be involved in politics. Consider these differing income levels:
