Impact Sourcing - outsourcing projects to other not very developed countries. The main reason is to develop and improve the less developed counties.  Impact sourcing aims to connect leas developed parts of the world to the global economy and bring the economic development.

In such way companies from developed countries who outsource can receieve good quality and low cost labour but at the same time help the least developed countires with fighting the poverty and employing the unemployed. Thus impact sourcing can benefit both developed and developing countries. Developed countries can cut costs and increase profits while developing countries can decrease their unemployment and increase economic level.
