Jack and Toby decide to go to a party. Toby drives them there. Toby drinks three beers in a short amount of time. Toby then gets in an argument with someone at the party and tells Jack to get in the car because they are leaving. Jack tells Toby in a hesitant voice that he doesn't think Toby is safe to drive and he doesn't want to get in the car. Toby says that he's fine and yells at Jack to get in the car. Jack nervously asks him if he really thinks he's O. K. Toby repeats that he's fine. Jack is still uncomfortable, but he gets in the car because he doesn't want to further upset Toby. Evaluate Jack's decisions throughout the night. Write a paragraph describing the mistakes he made and what he should have done differently. Be sure to identify at least two mistakes. (6 points)
