Why do you believe large companies and high tech companies prefer or even require electronic résumés? if you were in charge of reviewing résumés, why type would you prefer to receive? why?

Electronic résumés save time, money and work. Nowadays not only large corporations or high tech companies prefer them, everyone does.

Imagine a large corporation that needs 5,000 workers for a new factory, how many boxes filled with résumés would you need to keep and the time it would take you to look at them.

Job sites even make the process simpler since one single format is used for résumés and it is much easier to compare them.
