During which stages of life are humans incapable of independent movement from place to place?

Humans are incapable of independent movement from place to place in their first three stages of life, those are: early childhood, middle childhood, and late childhood. In the stages people can not move independently mainly because their emotional maturity is at a very level, their knowledge as well, physically they are not capable to sustain them selves (apart from the third stage), and the law also doesn't allow independent movement of minors.
