Characteristics that are always present in living organisms are?

Characteristics such as
1.       Irritability. Organisms react to certain stimuli in their habituated environment in order to survive.
2.       Reproduction. This is the natural mechanism of living organisms to produce offspring or seeds for the next generation.
3.       Growth. Every organisms undergoes the process of development and growth, where they become for capable in survival.
 4.       Excretion. As living organisms utilize the natural resources and undergoes bodily processes, waste is created and is toxic which is needed to be out of the system.
 5.       Movement. Survival means being able to adapt and move to a certain location where you can grow and hunt.
 6.       Respiration. All organisms –fish, reptiles, mammals, or even algae undergoes cellular respiration in order to do its functions.
7.       Nutrition. Living organisms need food and for the plants, make food in order to function.

It allows water to resist freezing and thawing cycle.
