Generally, several factors may hinder an individual from making healthy living choices.Healthy living choices such as eating fruits and vegetables make a person live a healthy life, thereby, avoiding terminal illnesses.Some environmental factors such as; lack of a playing ground to exercise the body may lead to unhealthy living choices.Also, a person may lack access to a grocery store which is very crucial because these stores contain fruits which are helpful in healthy living.
