The E site or the Exit site, is the third binding site for t-RNA in the ribosome during protein synthesis.  It is accompanied by the second binding site which is the P site (Peptidyl) and the first binding site which is the A site (Aminoacyl).

TRNA is a kind of ribonucleic acid that has a role in transporting a specific amino acid (AA) to the ribosome.The ribosome is protein/RNA complex that has a big role in protein translation.
