FCRL4  is an immuno-regulatory receptor that is usually expressed by memory cells that are located in the lymphoid tissues in a region called the sub-epithelial region. During  the time of autoimmune disease responses, the glutathione and the FCRL4 function as pro-inflammatory for t-cells and b-cells respectively.

FCRL4 is a type of immunoregulatory receptor. It is expressed by memory B cells (MBCs) localized in sub-epithelial regions of lymphoid tissues. Both FCRL4 and Glutathione function as pro-inflammatory for b-cells and t-cells respectively during the event of autoimmune disease responses.
