So there are two of the 'T' and six of 't'. If you do the math 2/8 is indeed, 25% of the data. So this answer would be correct.

(However if you are wondering why it is not option C. Yes the numbers are correct, but the order is not. If you look at the boxes, the boxes are numbered. Using the mini graph I made above, you use that to determine which goes with what number. The graph (numbered) looks like this:)
