Absorption  is   the   process  by   which  digested  dietary   substance  a cross  cell  membrane  to  be  used  by  the  body.   During  absorption  process  nutrient  that  come  from  the  food    that  is   from   carbohydrate,  protein,fats,vitamins  and  minerals  which  pass through  channels  in   the  intestinal  wall  and   into  blood  stream .The   blood  is  responsible   in  distributing this  nutrient to  the  rest  of  the  body.
