This process is known as Accommodation. It occurs when the lens is flattened or bent to distinguish between distant or nearby objects. Usually, the eye is prepared to see distant objects, the process of accommodation allows to see things nearby.

Este proceso se conoce como Acomodación. Ocurre cuando el cristalino se aplana o encorva para poder distinguir entre objetos lejanos o cercanos. Usualmente el ojo está preparado para ver objetos lejanos, el proceso de acomodación permite ver cosas cercanas.
