This is a disease brain disease that is characterized by lack of attention and impulsive actions. Diagnoses requires the skills of a well trained specialist that is able to infer and separate the signs of it from other ailments. Medication alone does not cure it and most often it requires the efforts of both the child and that of the parent as well.
