1) carbohydrates cannot be dissolved easily unlike fats as they are insoluble in water.therefore the amount of energy given from carbohydrates lasts longer than fats 2)fats can be accumulated on the coronary artery(the artery which supplies blood to the heart)there lots of intake of fats can result in heart attack 3)carbohydrates are non sticky and from chain of compounds unlike fats.
