The nucleus is the "brain" or "boss" of the cell.
Ribosomes are the part of the cell that manufactures proteins.
Golgi Bodies are the ones that pack proteins and send it throughout the cell
Mitochondria produce energy and are the "powerhouse" of the cell.
Cytoplasm is the jelly-like material that where organelles float.

Mitochondria- Makes energy out of food

Nucleus- The “brains” of the cell, the nucleus directs cell activities and contains genetic material called chromosomes made of DNA.

Ribosomes- Makes protein

Golgi Apparatus- Makes, processes and packages proteins

Lysosome-  Contains digestive enzymes to help break food down

The answer to this will be from your lab notes/procedure. it would be best to ask another student who participated in the lab as we do not know what was done, what enzyme or if the temperature is celsius or fahrenheit. if i were to guess though i'd say the rate stopped due to enzyme denturing at high temperature
