What chromosome region moves the chromosomes to the metaphase plate?

Microtubules are responsbile for moving Chromosomes to the metaphase plate. During Prometaphase, microtubules grow into a region around the Chromosomes until they find a Kinetochore. A Microtubule from each spindle pole connects to thekinetochore of each Chromosome.

Well, both latitude and intensity of light affect temperature because, the higher the light intensity, the higher the temperature and since latitude is the measure of how close you are to the equator, then the closer to the equator you are, the higher the temperature is.
