As earth revolves around sun in a slightly tilted position, it results in different seasons as the planet is changing distance from the sun throughout the year.

Due to seasonal change, animals exhibit different behaviors like migration ( movement from one area to another area), dormancy, and hibernation ( state of inactivation to prevent expenditure of energy).

Circadian rhythm is an internal biological clock of the living systems that regulates the various physiological processes. It always exist in a living system and is not the result of seasonal change.
