I'm not big on documentaries, buh If I had to choose than I would say Reflexive would be ma favorite type of documentary style. I love how it focuses on the connection between the Filmmaker and the audience. It really takes you on a journey and helps you find truth within yourself. The reason I chose this type was because it pushes the audience to reflect upon our own perceptions and perspectives and makes us re-evaluate our truths. It helps us realize that conceptually one's own reality may be another's fantasy. There are many examples of Reflexive Documentaries such as documentaries on Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Lebron James and Tom Brady.
