a group of learners were asked to conduct a survey to determine the prevalence of short-sightedness and long-dightedness amongst boys and girls in the FET phase. They used a board of letters with different sizes placed at a 1metre(short-sightedness) and 8metres(long-sightedness) distance. The results of the survey showed that 120 boys were short-sightedness; 80 boys were long-sighted ;160 girls were short-sighted and 40 girls were long-sighted state any three planning steps for this investigation​
