short, the most successes have
been with blood stem cell
transplantation, as well as with
some bone, skin, and eye
injuries/diseases. As of now,
other uses for stem cells have
yet to be proven in clinical trials
even though some companies
are promoting "stem-cell
therapies" for cosmetic and
various anti-aging treatments.
