I would say solar is not the answer. Solar does have many benefits the main problem is it takes so many solar panels to generate a lot of energy. Since it takes so much many panels this typically takes up a lot of space and destroys the environment where the solar panels are being put. another issue is that solar typically will last 25 years or the panel but what's not talked about is it's waste. Solar actually makes more waste then nuclear which may be surprising According to  Environmental Progress, solar panels create about 300 times more toxic waste per unit of electricity generated than nuclear power plants. another problem about this waste is that many people don't even know what to do with the waste. so i would say solar is the the answer nut nuclear is, nuclear may seem dangerous but it is actually safer than wind and solar not only that nuclear energy is extremely cheap  and one nuclear plant has a lifetime of 60 years. in fact France get's 70 percent of their energy from nuclear and in fact they produce so much energy from this is that they sell the extra energy. so i think it's a safe bet to say nuclear is the future for energy hope that helps you;)
