How do the various stages of cellular respiration work together and utilize enzymes to reduce or oxidize molecules to efficiently create ATP energy for the cell?

Cellular respiration is mainly of two types:-

#Aerobic and anaerobic

#Aerobic respiration occurs in presence of o2 while anaerobic respiration occurs in absence of o2.

#Aerobic respiration occurs in cytoplasm and mitochondria while anaerobic occurs only in cytoplasm.

#End products are co2,h2o and co2 and lactic acid respectively.

#Energy produced is 30ATP and 2ATP.

#Complete breakdown occurs in aerobic which gives rise to 38ATP while anaerobic respiration gives out only 2ATP as it is a partial breakdown.
