I can't identify the phenotypes since I don't know what trait B represents, what trait C represents and what trait c represents.

But you can find the phenotypic ratio by finding the number of individuals with each phenotype. The yellow squares are individuals that all have the same phenotype as each other. And the blue squares have the same phenotype as each other, but a different phenotype from the yellow squares.

The ratio would be written as:

(number of yellow squres):(number of blue squares)
