Varicoceles are known to increase the amount of blood flow within the scrotum. Why would this condition affects a man's fertility.
the blood is in the scrotal veins and not in the penis so erections would not
occur
an enlarged vein would contain more blood which would result in higher
temperature which would effect sperm development
