Part B Next, revisit your food plan using the MyPlate Plan. Enter your age, gender, weight, height, and level of physical activity. Click on Calculate Food Plan to see your daily calorie intake. Then click on your daily calorie intake to obtain your food plan. Record the recommended amounts for each food group.
