How does blood purification in the kidneys occur

Blood Filtration in the Kidney. This blood is sent to the body's kidneys and circulated/purified on to the rest of the body. Some of the blood flow becomes fluid waste and is sent to the bladder.

This bacteria must be very strong as it has a large amount on antibiotic targeting it. this bacteria could be one of many different types and it is very hard to tell which one with out more information.
