The largest digestive organ is the liver and it has a vital role in our body. The liver produces bile and produce digestive enzymes. The liver also creates nutrients and fats to be used by our body.

The longest organ is the small intestine, which can be up to 7 meters long. The reason for being so long is related to its digestive and absorption functions.
