How do you think this food web would be affected if the plants were eliminated ?

If plants were eliminated then whatever ate plants would die off. Then whatever ate what ate the plants would die off and it would be a very bad chain reaction and many animals/ things/insects would become extinct.

Heyhonestly, probably not. humans have always had a tendency to waste things. whether it's food, cosmetic, infrastructure, or our abandoned constructions,the landscape is littered with the refuseof man. archaeology wouldn't be a developed discipline if humans didn't leave things behind. in a way it makes us human
