I am pretty sure that the statement which best describes a benefit of using DNA technology in medicine is being shown in the second option represented above : Medicine can be distributed at a reduced cost. I choose this one according to the fact that recombinantion of  DNA technology can product  human insulin, sp it seems like option B is the most suitable.
