Explain why pH affects enzyme activity?

we need additional information in order to determine the cause of death for anna garcia. there are at least 3 things with explanation included as to why we need them are as follows:

well first you need the sample of the temperature and gas level. i couldnt write a hypothesis unless i had some data. i think temperature changes will effect volumes of gas because gas changed into a solid or liquid at specific temperatures.
