I am a local aperitif wine producer cashing in on the $18 cocktail craze. I purchased about 235,000 gallons of bulk wine and add my own proprietary blend of sugar, herbs, and spices (via approved TTB formula). In 2020 I bottled about 230,000 gallons. Am I eligible to claim the tax credit for small domestic producers? What is my 2020 federal tax liability?
