Let's start with the basics, sex is different then gender. In pretty sure you meant to say that there's only two sexes such as female, xx, and male, xy. But since your clearly interested in biology you must be interested in the X and Y variations. A very small percentage of humans have divergent sexual development, known as intersex. These people are born with any of several variations in sex characteristics. Including chromosomes, gonads,sex hormones, or genitals that do not fit the typical definition of male or female bodies. This range of atypical variations may be physically obvious during birth, or at the other extreme range. Not obvious and may remane unknown to people all their lives. So now that you know their are more then 2 sexes (a basic biology basic) lets talk about gender! Since you get both of them mixed up :). Gender is a socially constructed role, behavior, expressions, and identities of girls, women, boys, men, and gender diverse people. So a transgender male is by all definitions a women.
